Chandrayaan-3 Shares Its First Mesmerizing Views of the Moon!
Chandrayaan-3 has embarked on its momentous lunar journey, and its initial glimpse of the Moon has left everyone awe-inspired! As the ambitious Chandrayaan-3 mission’s spacecraft made its entry into the lunar orbit on Saturday, its camera captured a breathtaking video clip of the Moon’s surface, which was shared by the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) on Twitter.

Chandrayaan-3 is India’s third unmanned lunar mission, and after successfully covering more than two-thirds of the total distance so far, it made a triumphant entry into the lunar orbit on Saturday. Before its soft landing near the Moon’s surface, Chandrayaan-3’s major milestone was an enchanting experience for ISRO, where the spacecraft conveyed, “I’m feeling the lunar gravity!” Within three weeks of its launch on July 14, the spacecraft made more than five maneuvers in an attempt to overcome Earth’s gravity.
Tonight at 11 PM, another crucial maneuver awaits. After that, there will be three more operations before the propulsion module of the rover named “Vikram,” which will carry the lunar wisdom, separates from the orbiter. The de-orbiting maneuver will be performed before the soft landing.
